EHS Management
Medica Korea Co., Ltd. strives to manufacture and sales "safe and good drugs" to realize the corporate slogan of "Health & Beautiful Life," and aims to reduce carbon emissions and pollutants due to climate change such as global warming. Internally, all executives and employees are working together to create an environment where workers can work safely in a safe and pleasant workplace. In April 2023, with the strong will of the management manager, we established a dedicated organization, the Safety and Environment Team, and are promoting full-fledged EHS (Environment & Health & Safety) management.
We actively invest facilities and human resources in air pollution, water pollution, waste emission reduction, carbon emission reduction, and energy reduction, and aim to obtain ISO 14001 certification to continuously and systematically manage them.
We conduct health checkups every year to check the health status of executives and employees, measure the working environment to create pleasant working conditions for executives and employees, and make steady facility investments to prevent musculoskeletal diseases.
We are continuously discovering and improving harmful risk factors with the aim of achieving no-disaster in the workplace, and trying to prevent safety accidents with the participation of all executives and employees. In order to continuously and systematically manage this, we aim to obtain ISO 45001 (Safety and Health Management System) certification.
